If your agency has upgraded to 7.4, the application now includes a "training Link" that you can click to access any kind of training your agency wants to link to the system. This link is available at the document level on most of the document header level and line item level pages that include the "Show Configuration Options" link:
Upon installation of the upgrade, this feature is available for use, and the default value is “Show Me.” The text that says “Show Me” can be edited. To do so, click "Show Configuration Options", then click the Edit Label icon (looks like a pencil) that displays next to the Show Me link. When you click the Edit Label icon, you can edit both the training link’s label and the URL that you want the system to use.
Note: The "New Label" field is required, however the URL field is optional. If you do not insert a value in the URL field, the system will then hide the Training Link button.
